"Those whom I [dearly and tenderly] love, I tell their faults and convict and convince and reprove and chasten [I discipline and instruct them]. So be enthusiastic and in earnest and burning with zeal and repent [changing your mind and attitude]" (Revelation 3:19, AMP).
When God chastens you, rejoice! He wouldn’t correct you if He didn’t care about you. Make the appropriate adjustments and be glad He loves you enough to discipline you.
Faith believes that God can do it, but trust says, even if He doesn't do it, my position remains the same
Prayer is not a way to draw God to your needs but a way to draw your attention to how much you need God
